Apple 3G iPhone Cheap?

As you may know, the new 3G iPhone will be coming out for $199 on July 11th, 2008. The iPhone will have many new and cool features like a better interface, more stylish, faster speeds, and most of all, 3G! 3G tends to be faster then the old version EDGE, and will again be avalible all around the world.

Recently, I (Ben Callum) have found out a very different kind of scamming. PAID “SPAMMING”. And guess who just might have got busted, Microsoft AND Wikipedia!

Microsoft has recently come under fire by Wikipedia and its founder Jimmy Wales after it was made public that Microsoft was contacting technical writers and asking them to change a Wikipedia entry on Office Open XML to favor the Redmond company.

The FASTEST car in the world. It will reach 420 km/h. (that is about 300 mph) it is built by the famous Weber Sportscar manufacturer and it has a 900hp V8 0-60 miles in 2.5 seconds engine and a total weight of 1.100 kg! Thats a mouthful. You can only drive this car on a race circuit, so if you are going to the Moon and you have room for this monster And have the caracteristics above by all means take it and drive it there . If we think about it, you might even be able to actually drive in it to the Moon !

Version Wireless now to buy Alltel for $21.8 BILLION!

“Verizon Wireless said on Thursday it would buy rural mobile phone service provider Alltel Corp for $28.1 billion including debt, which would vault it to first place in the U.S. market ahead of AT&T Inc.

Under the deal, Verizon Wireless would acquire the equity of Alltel for $5.9 billion and take on an estimated $22.2 billion in debt, incurred when Alltel was taken private in November in a leveraged buyout by TPG Capital and Goldman Sachs Group Inc’s GS Capital Partners.”

The WWDC ’08 (World Wide Developers Conference 2008 ) will be commencing this Monday the 9th of June. The 3G iPhone will be coming out, and possibly the new MacBooks.

Here’s something for you 16 year olds who love developing:

This boy has been privately invited by Steve Jobs to go to the
WWDC 2008 FREE and will get a first class ticket and a private meeting with Steve Jobs himself."

During the WWDC, Apple will post podcasts on iTunes FREE of charge! Also, when Apple does this, anyone will be able to download this as long as they have an internet connection

New Apple Promotion!

Now, with every non-refurbrished Mac you buy, you will recieve an all expenses paid iPod Touch (only for Students) Of course the only downfall is the refurbrished… and Apple will NOT send an iPod Touch if you buy a Mac Mini.

If you buy a $1200 iMac, you will ecieve a $300 iPod touch. What Apple is trying to do is make you buy an iMac or MacBook (Cheapest one) for 25% off, then buy an iPod Touch. For example:

i got an iMac with the promotion and recieved an iPod Touch with it.

The iMac was $1200 with the iPod Touch. This means that the overall price for each would be:

iMac- $900

iPod- 300 as usual!
